Can I change plan at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade whenever you want. The change is immediate and the cost is pro-rated for the remaining period.
What happens if I exceed the project limit?
You'll see a warning and can choose to upgrade your plan or remove a project you no longer need. Nothing is ever disabled without notifying you first.
Are features the same on all plans?
Yes. NothingSell's principle: limit on projects, not features. The difference between plans is how many stores you can manage, not what you can do.
What's included in the Free plan?
The Free plan includes 1 project, PrestaShop sync, GA4 and Search Console, sales and traffic dashboard, basic Health Score and 10 AI insights per month. No credit card required.
How does Starter pricing work?
The Starter plan starts at €39/month for 1 project. Each additional project costs €29/month. With 3 projects you pay €97/month, with 5 projects €135/month. From 9 projects onwards, the Agency plan at €269/month is better value.
What is MCP and how does it work?
MCP is Anthropic's Model Context Protocol. It lets you connect NothingSell to Claude or any compatible AI, which can ask direct questions about your business data in natural language.
